This Electric Vehicle Battery Charger/Discharger is a portable charging and discharging device specifically engineered for the maintenance of battery modules or entire battery packs. By incorporating a design of feeding back to power grid, it achieves a small footprint while delivering high power, ensuring ease of portability and ideal for service personnel on long distance travel. It efficiently facilitates voltage matching for automotive battery modules and energy storage plug-in boxes, as well as routine maintenance and capacity calibration.
V2V Emergency Rescue and Charging Device
The V2V emergency rescue and charging device can charge two new energy vehicles to each other, achieving power conversion. The output power of the device is 20kW, and the charger is suitable for 99% of car models. The device is equipped with GPS, which can view the location of the device in real time, and can be used in scenarios such as road rescue charging.

Battery pack air tightness tester is specially designed for the after-sales service market of new energy vehicles and fits for the waterproof and air tightness testing of components such as water-cooled pipes, battery packs, and spare parts of new energy vehicles. It is portable and versatile and can perform high-precision non-destructive testing, calculate pressure changes through the tester’s highly sensitive sensing system, and thus determine the air tightness of the product.
This product is an advanced non-destructive tester supporting both low and high-voltage tests. It employs the principle of differential pressure to detect leaks in products, utilizing air as the test medium. The operational mechanism involves inflating both the standard and test samples to the prescribed air pressure, followed by closing the valve. Subsequent to a stabilization period, the tester measures the pressure differential between the standard and test samples throughout the testing phase. The difference is then converted using a specific method to calculate the leakage.
