On July 8, 2022, BYD ATTO 3, the first A-class SUV built upon BYD’s e-platform 3.0, was launched in Singapore, making its debut in ASEAN countries. Liu Xueliang, General Manager of BYD Asia-Pacific Auto Sales Division, Huang Chunquan, Managing Director of BYD Singapore, and Pang Cheong Yan, Managing Director of Sime Darby Motors Singapore, Thailand & Southeast Asia Development,and other guests witnessed the launch of ATTO 3.
ATTO is inspired by the Attosecond, the smallest time scale unit in physics, which
means ATTO 3 is speedy, energetic, and dynamic. In adding a touch of green to the
“Garden City”, the ATTO 3 conveys passion and strength in embarking on a new
journey of green travel for BYD passenger vehicles in Singapore.
The ATTO 3 integrates the advantages of aesthetics, intelligence, efficiency, and
safety. It is designed with Dragon Face 3.0 family design language, led by Wolfgang
Egger, BYD’s Design Director, and matched with a sporty interior for young users.

Liu Xueliang, general manager of BYD’s Asia-Pacific Auto Sales Division, said: “As a
leader in new energy vehicles, BYD has achieved global sales of nearly 600,000 new energy passenger vehicles in the past year and dominated the top sales of new
energy passenger vehicles for nine times in China. From January to June 2022,
BYD’s new energy passenger vehicles sold a total of 638,157 units, with a year-on-year increase of 324.8%. BYD has entered the Singapore market for nearly 10 years
and offered new energy vehicles like taxis, buses, trucks, and forklifts there. Today,
we are honored to bring ATTO 3 to Singapore. In the future, we will introduce more high-quality models to constantly empower this ‘garden city’. Taking Singapore as one of the key markets, BYD will gradually enter Southeast Asia and provide more
environmentally friendly models for the local area.”
